Display HTML5 ads need a clickTag variable and a real, visible CTA. Here is how our ZIP is wired.
Display Network HTML5 from PlayableRun does not load ExitApi. Instead the generator writes:

## Operator checklist
- Confirm clickTag matches the store URL you scraped (or the URL you intend to bid on).
- Keep the ZIP root index.html + style.css.
- Stay under 5MB; PlayableRun already compresses screenshots to WebP.
- Do not add third-party trackers or font CDNs inside the creative.
