Who we are
PlayableRun (“we”) is operated by MBCSOFT LLC, 8 The Grn, Dover, DE 19901, United States, and provides a web application that generates HTML5 playable ads. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. Contact: info@mbc-soft.com.
Data we process
Account data (email, name, hashed password or OAuth identity), billing data processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers), the store links, text briefs and image assets you upload, generated creatives, usage and credit ledger entries, and technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) required to operate and secure the service.
Why and on what legal basis
To perform our contract with you (generate, store and deliver your creatives), to meet legal obligations (tax, accounting), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse (rate limiting, fraud checks). We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Processors
Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments), US-hosted AI model providers (creative generation from your brief and assets; image generation and editing when you request AI media), Vercel (hosting). Each processor receives only the data needed for its task under a data-processing agreement.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Projects, assets and creatives are kept until you delete them or your account. Public demo links expire automatically. Credit ledger and invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires. Logs are rotated within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct and delete your data at any time from the Account page (export JSON, delete account). You can also contact us to exercise GDPR/KVKK rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (TLS). Data is protected with row-level security; downloads of your exports are private and signed. Third-party API keys are stored server-side only.
Changes
We will announce material changes to this policy in the app before they take effect.
