Service
PlayableRun, operated by MBCSOFT LLC, generates and packages HTML5 playable ads from store links, briefs and assets you provide. Output is delivered as HTML/ZIP files you can download and use on ad networks.
Accounts and credits
One account per person or team seat. Plans include a monthly pool of AI credits; one credit is consumed per generate or refine. Unused monthly credits do not roll over; purchased top-up credits do. Manual edits, cropping and re-downloading do not consume credits.
Your content and licence
You keep all rights to assets you upload and to creatives generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process and store them to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to any uploaded material and store listing.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, deceptive ads, malware, or attempts to bypass credit, rate or security controls. Generated creatives must comply with the policies of the network you publish on; our checks reduce but do not guarantee network approval.
Payments and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe until cancelled from the billing portal; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current period. Top-ups are one-time purchases. Refunds follow applicable consumer law.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is with reasonable efforts for uptime. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for ad-network decisions or campaign results.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
